Border Patrol agents are looking for a group of about 16 illegal immgrants just south of Falfurrias on U.S. Highway 281.
Investigators told Action 4 News that a truck pulled over to the side of the road after noticing agents.
Once the truck stopped, about 20 illegals ran out of the truck in different directions.
Authorities were able to catch four of them, but are searching a brushy area for the rest.
Border Patrol agents are on foot and on helicopter.
