After repeated blows Monday, the girl shown wearing orange in this video is healing.

Because she is a minor, Action 4 is protecting her identity.

Her mom Maria asked we not show her face either.

“They made a lot of threats to my daughter,” said Maria.

Maria said classmates at Economedes High School sent her daughter threatening Facebook messages.

Monday morning Maria claimed she went to her daughter's school in Edinburg.

She wanted to report her fear that classmates might act on those threats.

A few hours later they did.

"So then what did the principal do?” asked Maria.  “Where is the security?”

Maria wants to know how the fight could happen on school grounds.

Action 4 went to Edinburg's school district.

A public information officer refused any on camera interviews.

Upon advice from their lawyers, the school district said they will not confirm or deny any details of the case while it is under investigation.

School district police are investigating.

The school district did reveal the girl in the pink will likely be expelled.

Maria is now concentrating on filing charges against the girl.

She is also preparing her daughter's Quinceanera, an event she said the girl in the pink planned to ruin.

“They said they were going to smash her cake and disfigure her face,” said Maria.

The girl's face is fine with no bumps or bruises.

She does hurt outside and in from the beating and Facebook video that followed.

The school district police investigation is expected to wrap up next week.

From there, we're told police will hand over their findings to the District Attorney’s office.
