Child Protective Services are investigating after a 4-year-old boy was found living with three people inside a Harlingen drug house.

Harlingen police arrested Frank Aguilar, Marilou Loredo and Jesus Alvarez, Jr. on multiple criminal charges on Monday.

Investigators told Action 4 News that it all started with a drug raid at a home on 200 block of North 8th Street.

Police found small amounts of cocaine, marijuana, and prescription pills at the home.

Investigators said Aguilar also had a stolen Texas identification card in his room.

Officers alerted Child Protective Services after they found a 4-year-old boy was living at the home.

All three suspects remain in custody after appearing before a Harlingen municipal judge on Tuesday morning.

Aguilar received $255,000 dollars in bonds while Loredo got $305,000 and Alvarez was issued $642,000 in bonds.
