There is backlash on a proposed bill being introduced by a female legislator from Ohio.

State Senator Nina Turner wants to make men go over a few hurdles before getting prescriptions for Viagra, Cialis or other erectile dysfunction drugs.

Under Tuner’s bill, men would not be able to get a prescription without a signed affidavit by their sex partner.

Men would also have to sit down first with a sex therapist to determine if the issue is medical or psychological.

They would also have to be screened for underlying health issues.

Turner says it’s unfair lawmakers in the United States only focus in on women's reproductive health.

What do you think?
Should lawmakers place requirements for men to get prescriptions to Viagra and other erectile dysfunction drugs?
