The three men involved in the kidnapping of a 36-year-old Brownsville man at a Harlingen McDonald’s were arraigned Saturday in the Harlingen Municipal Court.

39-year old Hector Primitino Salinas, 35-year-old Pedro Francisco Garza and 19-year-old Alexander Hernandez  forced the victim into a gold Escalade at the restaurant’s parking lot and took off.

In mid-pursuit on FM 106 outside of Harlingen, the suspects crashed the SUV into a pond and bailed, ignoring officers commands to stop.

With the help of K-9 units, Harlingen police were able to catch the three men and take them into custody.

All three men were charged with aggravated Kidnapping, aggravated robbery, engagement in organized criminal activity, child  endangerment in 3rd degree felony, and evading arrest.

Hernandez was also charged with evading arrest with vehicle in  3rd degree felony.

Salinas and Garza’ bonds total $1.6 million each.

Hernandez’ bond was set at $1.3 million.

The victim was released from the hospital Saturday morning with no life threatening issues.

Upon abduction, the victim’s 2-year-old daughter was left at the scene and later reunited with the mother
