Authorities are investigating how more than 2,400 pounds of marijuana ended up hidden inside a shipment of limes from Mexico.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers reported that the seizure took place at the Progreso International Bridge on Tuesday.
Customs officers said an 18-wheeler with a shipment of limes came in from Mexico but was sent to secondary inspection.
Authorities allegedly found 349 packages with 2,427 pounds of marijuana worth $2.4 million dollars inside the shipment.
But that wasn't the only seizure at the Progreso bridge that day.
Customs officers also reported finding 387 packages with another 1,914 pounds of marijuana worth $1.9 million dollars hidden in a shipment of cucumbers.
No arrests were made but the seizures remain under investigation by federal authorities.
