Police search for armed men who robbed Weslaco cell phone store

Authorities are searching for two armed men who allegedly robbed a cell phone store in Weslaco.

It all happened at the Express Communications off North Texas Boulevard on Tuesday night.

Police said two Hispanic men wearing bandanas stormed the store.

One of the men showed a shotgun and the two took off with stolen cash.

The two men took off in a silver Ford Focus that was last seen heading west on Paisano Lane.

Authorities put out an alert for the suspects and the vehicle.

The search for the suspects is continuing on Tuesday.
