Two shootings took place in two weeks time at the same place.

Edinburg police said it's something they're not going to tolerate in their city.

The victim from the first shooting just two weeks ago at Aztek Car Wash off of University Drive in Edinburg is now the suspect in another shooting.

Police claim Fernando Garza shot at a man numerous times late Thursday afternoon.

Garza is facing a multitude of charges: everything ranging from unlawful carrying of a weapon to possession of a controlled substance.

Investigators told Action 4 News that they got a call around 5 p.m. Thursday about a man firing multiple shots at another man off 28th Street in Edinburg.

Police said they got a description of a yellow pickup truck and quickly located it.

Garza, the alleged victim from the first shooting that happened the at the nearby Aztek Car Wash two weeks ago was behind the wheel of the yellow truck.

Police said Garza’s actions put numerous people in danger and could've have had serious implications had he actually hit someone during his shooting spree.

Edinburg police are now saturating the area to let people know this type of crime will not be tolerated in the city.
