81-year-old Idolina Petra Lund suffers from Alzheimer's

Authorities told Action 4 News that an elderly Starr County woman is back home with family thanks to a Good Samaritan.

The family of 81-year-old Idolina Petra Lund told police that she was last seen off Fairgrounds Road around 10:20 a.m. Friday.

Relatives told police that Lund suffers from Alzheimer's Disease prompting concern for her welfare.

Rio Grande City police told Action 4 News that a Good Samaritan found Lund early Friday afternoon.

The Good Samaritan saw Lund walking around and appearing confused.

Investigators said the driver called police allowing them to reunite Lund with her family.
