Man shot and killed overnight in Roma

Joey anchors Action 4 News at 5 pm.

A man was shot and killed in Roma just before midnight Wednesday.

Few details were available early Thursday morning.

Roma Police Chief Jose Garcia told Action 4 News the victim was shot multiple times in his own driveway on Violet Street.

The victim's identity has not been released.

Garcia said they do not have a suspect.

The Roma Police Department’s violent crime unit is handling the investigation.

Action 4 News will post more information as it becomes available.
