SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- Officials say five foreign nationals arrested after a county courthouse break-in in San Antonio aren't believed to be dangerous and are cooperating with investigators.
Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff says surveillance video from inside the courthouse early Wednesday shows the men wearing sombreros and waving around a gavel.
He says they appear to "just be some guys on a prank."
Bexar County Sheriff Amadeo Ortiz says the men speak little English but are cooperating with a translator's help.
Authorities say all the men are in their 20s and were arrested about 1:30 a.m. after the break-in at the Bexar County Courthouse. Three were caught inside. The other two were outside near a rented RV.
Officers had called in bomb-sniffing dogs, as well as the FBI and federal immigration agents.
