Two remaining defendants in a rape case against a mentally challenged woman will be in court Monday.
So far, all defendants in the case are family members of the mentally challenged woman.
One even fathered her baby.
In June, a jury sentenced Mark Anzaldua to five years in prison.
He raped his mentally challenged half-sister.
DNA testing proved he even fathered her baby.
"If she was here right now, I would tell her what I did was very bad, and I am so, so sorry,” said Mark Anzaldua in court in June.
That baby is now two-years-old.
An aunt takes care of the baby and his mentally challenged mom.
The aunt described how trauma from the rapes results in violent outbursts from her niece.
"She gets mad, and when she gets mad she throws tantrums, hits, kicks,” said the aunt.
But Mark Anzaldua did not act alone in the rapes of his half-sister.
A jury sentenced his father, Michael Jose Anzaldua, to 14 years in prison for raping the mentally challenged woman.
Another half-brother and the woman's mother have yet to find out their fates.
Court records show half-brother Michael Anzaldua Junior plead guilty to three counts of sexual assault against an elderly or disabled.
Court records show his mom, the mom of the mentally challenged woman, plead guilty to failing to protect her daughter from rape.
Both she and Michael Anzaldua Jr. will appear in court Monday.
