Students at Oscar De La Fuente Elementary School in San Benito are back in class after a fire on campus.
According to the San Benito Fire Department, the fire started inside a portable building used for storage at the rear end of the campus.
Students were reportedly evacuated around 11:30 a.m. while firefighters extinguished the blaze.
The spontaneous combustion of oily rags inside the portable is believed to have caused the fire.
No injuries were reported.
The San Benito Fire Department said it only took about 15 to 20 minutes to extinguish the flames.
The portable building was said to have only suffered smoke damage and no structural damage.
