Elderly man crashes car into Valle Vista Mall

An elderly man is being evaluated by paramedics after he reportedly crashed into an exterior wall of Harlingen's Valle Vista Mall.

It all happened on the northern side of the mall near the Forever 21 store around 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Investigators at the scene told Action 4 News that an elderly man crashed his car into the wall.

The cause of the accident and condition of the man are not known at this time.

Action 4 News will post more information as it becomes available.
