A Brownsville man remains behind bars under $600,000 dollars in bonds after being accused of sexually abusing two girls.
Brownsville City Jail arrested 30-year-old Jesus Cardenas-Hernandez was booked on multiple sex abuse charges at 7:16 p.m. Monday.
Cardenas-Hernandez is facing four counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and two counts of continuous sexual assault of a child charges.
Investigators told Action 4 News that two girls ages 11 and 12 made an outcry.
Cardenas-Hernandez appeared before a Brownsville municipal judge where he was issued $600,000 dollars in bonds.
The Brownsville man has been transferred to the Cameron County Jail.
