Brownsville police release bank robbery surveillance video

Authorities have released surveillance video in hopes of identifying a man who robbed a bank in downtown Browsville.

It all happened at the First National Bank off East 7th and East Levee Streets around 11:30 a.m. Friday.

Brownsville police told Action 4 News that no injuries were reported.

It's not clear how much money was taken during the robbery but the suspect reportedly fled the scene in a green Ford F-150.

Authorities reported that the suspect is a Hispanic male approximately 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall weighing.200-220 lbs.

The man was last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue pants and blue cap.

He's believed to be approximately aged in his late 20s early 30s.
