A man's body is pulled out of the Rio Grande River near Mission’s Chimney Park on Monday morning.

Mission police said officers received a call after Border Patrol agents spotted the body floating in the river around 8:30 a.m. Monday.

Authorities have not identified the man’s body but believe it is that of male between 13 and 18 years old.

Border Patrol agents spotted a raft with Mexican nationals trying to cross the river on Saturday.

Police suspect this man is one of the men who jumped in the river to try to escape.
