A Raymondville police car is damaged, after an arrested woman reportedly crashed it.
It all started Friday.
Police say two men and two women went to a home on 447 Yturria in Raymondville.
That's when Tamie Muniz, Martin Mendoza and Jonathan Salas reportedly broke out the windows of the home.
One of the men reportedly broke down the door of the home to assault a man inside.
The victim was said to have fought back with a bat.
Jonathan Salas was reportedly injured as a result.
At that point, police say Salas, Muniz and Mendoza went back to the car where Jackie Roel was waiting as the driver.
Police say the four then drove to the home of Roel.
Police reportedly caught up with the four, arresting all of them at Roel's home.
Police say the two women were placed in the back of a patrol car.
At that point, Muniz reportedly slipped out of one handcuff, climbing through a small opening in the divider that separates the back seat from the front seat.
Police say she then took off in the police car and crashed it into a chain link fence a few blocks away.
Muniz is reportedly charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, burglary of a habitation with intent to commit a felony, assault against a public servant, escape while arrested or confined, theft over $20,000 under $100,000 and duty upon striking fixture.
The two males are reportedly charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and burglary of a habitation with intent to commit a felony.
Roel is reportedly charged with engaging in organized criminal activity.
All four remain in custody this evening.
