Nine alleged members of the Zetas are behind bars in a case where authorities seized at least $10 million pesos.

It all happened south of the border in Saltillo, Coahuila on Tuesday.

Mexico's Ministry of National Defense (SEDENA) reported that soldiers arrested Victor Hugo Martinez-Morales.

SEDENA officials said Martinez-Morales was a regional accountant for the Zetas drug cartel and went by the alias, "El Maza."

Soldiers also arrested eight of Martinez-Morales' helpers.

Authorities seized guns, cars, equipment and about $10 million pesos, or about $846,990 dollars.
