A 41-year-old Donna man is dead following a roll over accident Tuesday night.
The Department of Public Safety says the accident involved one car.
It happened on FM 493 about two miles north of Donna.
Narciso Garza Castillo reportedly drove off the road and into a canal embankment.
His 2007 Chevy Malibu reportedly rolled numerous times and hit a utility pole.
The department says Castillo was not wearing his seat belt, and speed played a factor in the accident.
He was the only person inside the car.
Authorities report Castillo's blood will be drawn to determine if alcohol played a role in the crash.
