Fugitive Finder - San Juan Sex Offender On The Loose

San Juan police need your help getting a wanted fugitive off the streets.

Police are searching for Isidro Garcia Hernandez Jr.

Officers say Hernandez failed to keep up with his sex offender registration.

Hernandez was convicted of aggravated assault on a child.

He’s described as 21 years old, 5’3, and 155 pounds.

He has brown eyes and black hair.
