Brownsville teen killed in hit-and-run accident

An 18-year-old from Brownvsille is dead following an early Sunday morning hit-and-run accident off the frontage road of U.S. Expressway 77/83.

Police said it all happened off Tandy Road and the Expressway around 5 a.m. Sunday.

Investigators aren't releasing his name at this time but said he worked at the Roadhouse.

Action 4 News will provide more information as it becomes available.
