Authorities are looking for a Rio Grande Valley man accused of stealing people's identities and opening credit cards in their names.

Mission police told Action 4 News that they are looking for Jorge Ricardo Galvan on numerous criminal charges.

Details weren't immediately available but investigators said Galvan is accused of stealing people's identities.

Police said Galvan has opened credit card accounts in other people's names and then gone on a shopping spree.

Investigators believe he may have many victims.
