Diesel tank fire reported at Hidalgo County warehouse

Authorities are responding to a diesel tank fire reported at the Hidalgo County Pct. 3 warehouse in Alton.

Alton firefighters are at the scene located at the corner of Mile 7 and Iowa Avenue.  

Officials received a call around 8:30 a.m. Monday.

Firefighters from MIssion, McAllen and Alamo are now helping with the fire.
