Texas State Capitol evacuated amid bomb threat

The Texas State Capitol in Austin was evacuated Friday morning after a man called 9-1-1 and said bombs would explode at 9 a.m.

The 9-1-1 caller said there were bombs in the east and west wings of the capitol that were set to go off at 9 a.m. this monring.

Authorities evacuated the building and began a room to room search.

Nine o’clock came and went and nothing happened.
