Action 4 News followed 71 elections across the Rio Grande Valley on Saturday night but three of them may not be settled.
One race is headed to a runoff while one is headed towards a recount and a third might also need a recount.

In Harlingen, challenger Elaine Flores got three more votes than incumbent Robert Leftwich for the City Commission District 1 seat.
Leftwich told the race will got to an automatic recount and that provisional ballots and mail-in ballots will be scrutinized.
In La Feria, the school district Trustee Place 4 race with a narrow margin.
Pancho Cobarrubias defeated Lalo Sosa by nine votes.
Action 4 News could not reach either candidate in the La Feria ISD Trustee Place 4 race.
