Cricket Wireless robbery suspect caught on tape in McAllen

McAllen have released surveillance camera images in hopes of catching a man accused of robbing two cell phone stores.

Investigators told Action 4 News that a Cricket Wireless store off South 23rd Street and another off South 10th Street were robbed minutes apart on Monday afternoon.

The suspect allegedly stole a wallet in the South 23rd Street robbery and money from the South 10th Street location.

Police said surveillance cameras recorded images of the suspect robber.

Anyone with information about the identity of the robbery suspect is asked to call McAllen Crime Stoppers at (956) 687-TIPS or (956) 687-8477.

A cash reward may be given for information leading to an arrest or conviction.
