Murder reported at Brownsville hotel

The Brownsville Police Department is reporting its third murder of 2010.

They said a 20-year-old suspect shot and killed 31-year-old Abel Luna.

It reportedly happened around 4:00 a.m. Saturday at the Palace Inn at 7364 Padre Island Highway.

The department said Luna suffered a chest wound while in apartment 121 at the Palace Inn.
