Gladys Porter Zoo debuts 'Giraffes Landing'

The next time you go to the Gladys Porter Zoo, your visit will get a lot more personal.

The Brownsville zoo has officially opened its newest animal encounter "Giraffe Landing".

"Lalo" and "Linda" are the stars of the newest exhibit, and now the public can feed them for only $3 dollars.

Visitors will have the chance to them year round, twice a day.

The feeding encounter will be open on weekends and during special engagements from 11:30 am  to 12:30 pm  and again from 2:30  to 3:30pm, weather permitting.
