Action 4 News has posed RAW VIDEO of the entire press conference where Sylvia Handy resigned as Hidalgo County Pct. 1 Commissioner.

The resignation comes following a guilty plea to tax fraud and harboring illegal immigrant charges in federal court.

Handy will be sentenced on June 23rd before U.S. District Court Judge Ricardo Hinojosa in McAllen.
