A Crime Stoppers tip lead police to a Mission home where authorities found 40 illegal immigrants from Honduras inside.

Mission police told Action 4 News that immigrants were seen jumping out of the windows and slipping out the back door of the Fortuna Street home.

The Honduran immigrants told investigators that they had been in the home for at least three days.

At least four nearby schools were put on lockdown until authorities caught all the immigrants.
