Bomb scare prompts lockdown at Harlingen High

A Friday afternoon bomb threat prompted a brief lockdown at Harlingen High School.

Authorities told Action 4 News the scare was proven false.

Officials said a lockdown at the school was short-lived.

Action 4 News will have more information during our 5 p.m. newscast.
