On May 18, 2009, Ruben Juarez or "El Chino" allegedly shot up three bar patrons after some sort of argument.
It all happened at the Las Cabañitas Lounge at 2415 E. 14th Street in Brownsville around 11 p.m. that night.
The weapon used in the shooting was a .380 semi-automatic handgun.
Although the three shooting victims survived, they all suffered terrible injuries.
The female victim had to have her leg amputated due to her injuries.
Juarez left the bar that night in a blue, 1990s model Lincoln Continental with Minnesota license plates.
He is now wanted for three counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
He has family in Brownsville and also in Minnesota.
Juarez is Hispanic, stands 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds.
He has brown eyes, black hair and noticeable scars on his chest and face.
