An Alamo woman isn’t holding onto hope that drivers will be slowing down on the road outside her home this new year. 

Bertha Smith has lived along the 100 block of East Duranta Avenue for decades.  She said the speeds of drivers are at their worst ever. 

The speed limit is 15 miles per hour.  We caught drivers on radar at speeds three times the posted limit.
