A double dose of dirty dining in Brownsville this week.

Inspectors dug up demerits at two restaurants where each was found with a buffet of violations.

An inspection report at Mi Casita on 5850 FM 802 showed expired food and roaches, while at Mario’s Pit Stop on 4553 Southmost Road, a report showed how cooks were not washing their hands—at all!

Click on the video link to see what the food patrol rounded up in the weekly Food 4 Thought report!
