A Valley restaurant is shutdown by the health department after a demerit-filled report surfaced.

Noe’s Restaurant on 190 West Robertson in San Benito was found with multiple off-temperature refrigerators, equipped deemed a fire hazard and excessive roaches.  

When the food patrol went looking for answers into the dirty dining… a shocking discovery was made.
