Authorities are looking for a second suspect for his allegedly role in a drive-by shooting in Lopezville.

Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office deputies tell Action 4 News Jesse I. Ortega is wanted on aggravated assault charges.

Deputies believe 21-year-old Ortega is the second of four people involved in a drive-by shooting where the intended target was former Tri-City Bomber leader Jose "Killer" Garcia.

Authorities said Garcia was wound in the attack.

Investigators said he is a former Tri-City Bomber leader, but now leads the Brown Pride gang.

Ortega, 17-year-old Mark Anthony Arce and the two others in the car are alleged members of the rival Chicano gang.

Garcia told deputies he heard the occupants in the drive-by shooting car yell "Puro Chicano" before opening fire.

Arce was arrested on Monday while authorities are searching for a third suspect identified only as "Danny Boy".

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call the Hidalgo County Crime Stopper Hotline at (956) 668-TIPS or (956) 668-8477.
