San Benito Stripes robber caught

An accused convenience store robbery is behind bars in San Benito.

Police told Action 4 News that officers arrested Jose Ruben Saucedo for the robbery of a local Stripes convenience store.

Surveillance cameras recorded Saucedo buying a beer and then robbing the store.

Saucedo remains in custody under robbery charges.
