EDINBURG -- A former La Joya I.S.D substitute accused of molesting first grade students is found not guilty Friday by an Hidalgo County jury.

The verdict was read just before six o’clock.

Several students had alleged the Armando Guiterrez used his hands to reach inside the students pockets and fondle their private parts.

The alleged incidents happened at Clinton Elementary in La Joya.
