Testimony continued today in the trial of four men accused of moving at least 217 pounds of cocaine and $2 million dollars in drug profits.
Jury selection and testimony against Mariano Alvarez, Eden Flores Sr., Guadalupe Hernandez and Abraham Hernandez started on Monday.
The drug trafficking and money laundering trial entered its third day on day before U.S. District Court Judge Randy Crane in McAllen on Wednesday.
The trial could take up to two to four weeks of testimony.
Court records show that that group allegedly used 18-wheelers to move drugs from the Rio Grande Valley to the interior of the United States.
