Another major medical setback has surfaced for an Edinburg woman who was paralyzed after turbulence on flight to the Rio Grande Valley.

Sylvia Tena has been hospitalized again.

Tena's daughter said Tuesday that doctors discovered several infections and Tena is now facing multiple new surgeries.

A few days ago, Tena was released from the hospital following the April 2008 accident.

An outpouring of community support has followed since Action 4 News issued a series of reports on Tena.
