Kidnapping case still haunts bus driver

A former school bus driver says his life is in shambles after being wrongly suspected in the disappearance of a 4-year-old Hidalgo girl.

Raul Ornelas was questioned and detained by the FBI after after a little girl was kidnapped in May.

Ornelas drove the bus to the Head Start program the girl attended.

Authorities arrested the true suspect Christian McMillan later that day but not before identifying Ornelas as a possible suspect in the case.

Investigators charged McMillan kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault of a child charges.

Ornelas says despite being cleared, the damage to his reputation had been done and he's still out of work and looking for a job.
