The stream team and the Arroyo Colorado watershed gathered in Weslaco to talk about how clean the arroyo really is.

The event was at the Estero Lllano Grande State park in Weslaco.

The stream team presented information on the Arroyo Colorado.

The arroyo is 90 miles long and runs from Mission to the lower Laguna Madre.

The river is also on the state's list of impaired rivers for high bacteria, toxic substances in fish tissue and low dissolved oxygen.
