The Texas Department of Health and Human Services was at H-E-B's all over the Valley Saturday signing up families for the C.H.I.P. Program.

There are more than 700,000 children in Texas who are eligible for the Children’s Health Insurance Program, or C.H.I.P., but haven't signed up.

Enrollment is simple and assures that no child in Texas will be left without the health care they need.
