Not even snow cone stands are immune from demerits.

Health inspectors busted a Los Fresnos snow cone stand with 25 demerits for several violations.

The Food Patrol also found a dirty gorditas place in Edinburg and a dirty gas station in San Benito.

But a McAllen seafood restaurant shines as a Top Performer.
