Today an historic document will go under the gavel at Heritage Auction Galleries in Dallas, Texas.
It's the original Dr. Pepper formula, found by Bill Waters at an antique store.
He was looking through a box of old medicine bottles and found an old book.
It came from the estate of L.B. Woods who once ran a shoe store in the same building as the Old Corner Drug Store in Waco, Texas.
He discovered the store is the birthplace of America's first soft drink, Dr. Pepper.
The original formula probably isn't the same as today.
The original mixture calls for a dollop of denatured rum among other things.
