U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson (R-Texas) is in Harlingen this morning where she is expected to make an annoucement regarding a local Veterans Administration Clinic.
Sources with Hutchison's office said she will be attending a groundbreaking at the Harlingen clinic where services will be expanding.
The expansion is being called a "major step" towards major comprehensive healthcare for the Rio Grande Valley's veterans who have been pushing for the creation of a local VA Hospital.
