Edinburg police are searching for a suspect wanted in an early Wednesday morning fatal stabbing.
It happened around 1 a.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of South Tenth Street.
Details are limited at this time but Edinburg Police Chief Quirino Muñoz tells Action 4 News that an argument between a homeowner and an acquaintance.
The argument escalated into a fight that ended with the homeowner being stabbed to death.
Investigators have not released the identity of the victim but said he is 24 years old.
Edinburg homicide investigators are expected to release a description of the wanted suspect later this morning.
