The first quadruplets born at Mission Regional Hospital celebrated their first birthday on Wednesday.
Ester and Jesus Ramirez their baby boys Jesus Jr., Adrian, Ignacio and Fabian are now 1 years old.
The proud parents told Action 4 News that they spend about $1,000 dollars a month on formula alone.
The four boys reportedly use 600 diapers a month.
"Jesus is mama's boy, he's the biggest one and he's mama's boy," Ester Ramirez said proudly. "And Adrian looks like my mom and Fabian they say looks like me. I'm not really sure and he's Fabian right here. Ignacio looks like my father-in-law."
