BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS -- U.S. Customs agents usually find drugs hidden in cars, but Monday brought a most unusual discovery at a Brownsville port of entry.

Agents said they found the driver's wife hidden in a vehicle.

She is in federal custody awaiting deportation.

Agents said they found the woman scrunched inside a wooden speaker box in the back seat of a Honda.

Agents arrested her husband, who is from Fort Worth, on alien smuggling charges.
